Screenshots; even just a simple screenshot with some annotations moible number data and explanations, an example of what to do, how to use it, howto interpret that information, layered on top of some data, these types of visual assets are there.There is huge cache and value. In my opinion and experience, from these visual assets for linking, referencing, and being referenced by the media, industry sources, third parties, and people in your professional or personal field.



You have more opportunities for embedding because they're easier to embed and they can be useful in more places than an infographic, which really needs to take up an entire article if it's going to be cited. They give people more value. . They're easy to use and understand, and they're useful and usable in ways that infographics often aren't. And, many times they are much simpler to execute.
