Forums have been around for a long, long time. In fact one of them that I visit regularly celebrated its 10th birthday last year.
Unfortunately however the internet evolves, and so with it the platforms we use it on.
Take Facebook for example. Sprung to life in the early 00's and is now one of the richest companies out there.
Have communities like this spelt the end of forum based activities?
I have always wanted to create and run a thriving community. No idea why, just like the idea of it.
Alas, I have tried and failed on a couple of occasions. This incarnation is just a different way of me trying things out, if it works - great. IF not, try again.
